Refunds & Returns
At Blossom Flower Delivery, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes things just don’t work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and product does not comply with our Substitution Policy , please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to begin the refund or return process.
If your product is damaged, we will arrange for a pick-up and re-delivery of the product if available. If product is not available we will arrange for re-delivery of product that is equal or greater value.
Full refunded will be given upon return of the product within seven 7 days.
If the recipient refuses to accept a delivery, you may be held fully liable for the cost of the gift.
Blossom Flower Delivery will be happy to assist you with a request to cancel your order. Unfortunately, if the order has already shipped or is en-route for delivery, we cannot accommodate the cancellation request.
