Hello- The customer service people were very kind and responsive however the flowers were not able to be delivered on the day that was agreed upon and they were not able to deliver orchids which we agreed upon.
When they were about to deliver the order I received a call that they did not have Orchids but could provide roses . The roses were nice but we had planned on Orchids and paid for them.
I appreciated that when I had to change the address of the order the customer service people were very nice and they accommodated it us.
The only thing that might have been better was to know that they could not provide Orchids so we would have been able to prepare the recipient for what she was going to receive a bit differently.

The bouquet was for my daughter’s 55th Bday. She said it was beautiful and sent a picture. I purchased the most expensive bouquet and was under the impression, didn’t speak with anyone, that more complimentary flowers would be added. I noticed that only greenery was added. I agree the bouquet was beautiful, but need to give a 41/2 rate.
