    The recipient called and told me that the two dizen yelliw rose arrangenent was absolutely beautiful. Although I did not personally see the artangement, the recipient was elated! Because the recipient was very pleased with the surprise rose arrangement, I give the Rose arrangement a rating of 10. The roses were deluvered at 3 pm slthough I had placed the irder early morning the day before. I would have preferred that they arrive at noon and not later. Next time I will include my time preference for delivery.
