My flowers arrived timely and the bouquet was fresh, beautiful and was as presented in the picture.
My problem was after my order being accepted a manager with the company called and advised that they needed to charge an extra $15.00 to the order. They eventually lowered it to an additional $5.00 charged to my credit card. By the time they called to get my authorization on the charge it was late and I didn’t have time to reorder. Again, the flower arrangement was beautiful. Dealing with the corporate people’s bait and switch tactics left me disappointed.
